About ETHOS

Helicopter and medical crew

We built the ETHOS Database (Emergency Transportation Healthcare Operations and Safety) to catalogue air medical assets across the United States.

We developed it with the University of Pittsburgh's PRODCTS Lab, and we share the data for advocacy, operations, and research in the air medical community.

How ETHOS Helps

Advocacy

Supporting policies and initiatives that promote air medical safety and accessibility across communities.

Operations

Providing real-time data on air medical base locations, aircraft, and capabilities to support operational planning.

Research

Enabling data-driven research to improve patient outcomes and advance the science of air medical transport.
